ALLIED SUPPORT UNIT
Under Bureau of Drug and Criminal Enforcement, abolished in 1998.

AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY ENFORCEMENT DIVISION
Under Field Operations Bureau, the Division was reorganized in 1997 when it merged with the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division to form Motor Carrier and Automotive Safety Operations.

BUREAU OF DRUG & CRIMINAL ENFORCEMENT
Renamed Support Services Bureau in September 1998.

COMMERCIAL VEHICLE ENFORCEMENT DIVISION
Under Field Operations Bureau, the Division's duties were assumed by Motor Carrier and Automotive Safety Operations in 1997.

COMMUNITY POLICING ACADEMY
Under Training Division, abolished in 1998.

EMERGENCY OPERATIONS SECTION
Under Field Operations Bureau, renamed Special Operations Division on Jan. 1, 1997.

MOTOR CARRIER & AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY OPERATIONS
Under Field Operations Bureau, abolished in 1998. Functions assigned to Automotive Safety Enforcement Division and Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division under Special Operations Bureau.
