Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1977. Member, Maryland State, District of Columbia and Anne Arundel County Bar Associations. Sole practitioner, 1977-88. Admitted to practice: Supreme Bench, Baltimore City; U.S. Bankruptcy Court; U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland; Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia; Court of Appeals of Maryland. Part-time faculty member, Anne Arundel Community College, 1989. Public Service Award, University of Maryland, 1987; Governor's Citation, 1988.
