Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1955. Member, Maryland State Bar Association (board of governors, 1984); Baltimore County Bar Association (president, 1982-83). Chair, Boy Scout Troop 750, 1966-76. Board of Trustees, Franklin Square Hospital, 1966-80. President, Middle River Optimist Club, 1967-68. Member, Dissenters Law Club.
